Flag of Japan, From Wikipedia

This was my first experience as a volunteer. It was very good for me. On my first day, I was very anxious, because I am very shy and then my English level is very low, so I didn’t know whether I can communicate with the other volunteers. But, in fact, all volunteers had been so friendly and accommodating. Furthermore, they taught me English.

When I go back to Japan I will study more. Through volunteer work I learn a lot of things, especially as it is very physical and you use your intellectual ability. Finally, I’m really glad that I had a fantastic time. And that I was very very happy that I met all volunteers, Derek (volunteer coordinator) and the people of Father Ray Foundation.

I don’t want to come back to Japan, I want to stay longer. That’s why I decided that I will come back here when I am graduate my University. I hope I am able to see Derek and all volunteer. I like Father. Ray. Foundation.
