This document is a summary of the Father Ray Foundation Child Protection Policy, Procedures and Guidelines and is intended to provide information and advice for non-Thai volunteers, sponsors, donors, visitors and media organizations.

It is intended to show the priority that the Father Ray Foundation puts on the protection of those in its care, and the procedures and guidelines that are in place to ensure best practice towards those in our care.

The Father Ray Foundation

  • recognizes that child protection is everyone’s responsibility
  • recognizes the unique and individual worth of each child
  • is committed to nurturing, protecting and safeguarding children and young people
  • exercises care in the appointment of all those working with children and young people
  • will review its Security & Child Protection Policy annually
